Every month, we curate a letter full of joy and send it straight to your door. Each month we create two different version, so you never quite know which you're getting, but rest assured it is always something special and handmade.
Each month you'll receive all the following items inspired by a music album:

- 1x post card with original poem

- protective vellum + coloured decorated envelope

shipping and billing
SHIPPING:
So that we may keep membership affordable, snail mail orders are all shipped using traditional postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
Please remember shipping times vary heavily on locations:
Australia: 1-2 weeks
International: 3-6 weeks
BILLING:
Following your initial purchase, all monthly subscriptions will be charged on the same day of the month you first purchased.

All mail is shipped on the last 3 days of the month. For those signing up at the beginning of the month, please keep in mind that your order will still be shipped during the designated mailing period above. If for whatever reason you need your mail to be shipped early (for any special occasions), please reach out to us through email and we will attempt our best for your mail to make it in time.
refunds and lost mails
REFUNDS:
Change of mind and refunds are not available. Similarly If your mail is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to refund you.
LOST MAIL:
In the rare case your mail has not arrived after the estimated delivery period from the date it was sent, please contact us as soon as possible via email or direct message so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent. In the case of lost mails, you will NOT be charged for a replacement.
